1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cirus ("the Service"), operated at cirus.onl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cirus is a free, public image hosting platform that allows users to upload, store, and share images without creating an account. All uploads are subject to automated AI content moderation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting the exploitation of minors
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Is illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination
• Constitutes harassment, doxxing, or invasion of privacy
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or used for phishing

4. AI Content Moderation

All uploads are automatically scanned by artificial intelligence systems designed to detect prohibited content including but not limited to CSAM, sexually explicit material, and other violations. Uploads that are flagged by our systems will be blocked automatically. We reserve the right to report flagged content to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes content that violates these Terms, content flagged by our AI moderation systems, or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the preservation or availability of any uploaded content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Data Retention

Images uploaded without an expiration setting may be stored indefinitely. Images uploaded with a specified expiration will be automatically deleted after the designated period. We reserve the right to delete any content at any time regardless of expiration settings.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Cirus a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and serve the content as part of the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

10. Abuse Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will act on verified violations promptly. Reports of CSAM are forwarded to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
